Maktub Mobile Notary provides notarial acts as a commissioned notary public in the State of Washington, including mobile, electronic in-person, and remote online notarization.

Fees

• Notarial act fees are set by Washington statute and are listed on the pricing page.
• Travel and scheduling fees are disclosed and agreed to before the appointment.

Appointments

Requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. An appointment is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it.

Right to decline

A notarial act must be refused where identity cannot be verified, where a signer does not appear to understand or is not acting willingly, or where the act would be unlawful.
