You come to us

The simplest option, and the cheapest: you pay the notarial act fee and nothing else. $15 per signature for a traditional or electronic in-person notarization.

We come to you

Your office, a library or café, a hospital or care facility. A mobile travel fee is added to the notarial fee: $35 within about 10 miles, $50 for 10 to 20 miles, $65 for 20 to 30 miles, and $30 plus travel for hospital and nursing home visits.

We meet online

A scheduled, recorded video session with electronic identity verification. $25 per notarial act and no travel fee, provided the party receiving your document accepts a remote online notarization.

What we can notarize

Documents that come through most often

This is not an exhaustive list, and it does not need to be. If your paperwork has a notarial certificate on it, meaning the block that asks for a signature, a seal and a date, we can almost certainly handle it. Send a photo of that page if you are unsure.

Wills, trusts and directives

Last wills and testaments
Revocable living trusts and trust amendments
Living wills and advance healthcare directives
Appointment of a healthcare agent
Deeds and property transfer documents

Powers of attorney

General and durable powers of attorney
Financial and banking powers of attorney
Medical powers of attorney
Limited powers of attorney for a single transaction
Revocations of an earlier power of attorney

Family and household

Minor travel consent letters
Form DS-3053, the parental statement of consent for a child’s passport
Adoption and guardianship paperwork
Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Name change petitions

Court and government forms

Affidavits and sworn statements
Declarations filed with a Washington court
Vehicle title transfers and bills of sale
Department of Licensing and county forms
Certified copies of documents you already hold

Business and employment

Corporate resolutions and minutes
LLC operating and partnership agreements
Commercial leases and vendor contracts
Employment and income verification letters
Contractor and licensing paperwork

Financial and lending

Loan and refinance packages
Deeds of trust and reconveyances
Beneficiary and transfer-on-death designations
Structured settlement and annuity forms
Sworn financial statements

Two things worth knowing before you book. Form I-9 employment verification is not a notarial act. We can complete it as the employer’s authorized representative, but no seal goes anywhere near the form, because a stamped I-9 can be rejected. And Washington law does not allow a notary to draft your document, advise you on what it should say, or pick the certificate wording for you. If nobody has told you which type of notarization your document needs, ask the party receiving it, or speak with an attorney.
