Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When you do, there is no charge.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a $25 late cancellation fee will apply.

Unsuccessful Signing Attempts

If our notary arrives at the appointment location and the signing cannot proceed, the full travel fee will be charged. This may happen if:

• A required signer is absent
• A signer does not have valid government-issued photo ID
• The documents are not ready for signing

Notary Fees

Notary fees are charged only for notarizations that are actually performed.
