Business Notary

Bring the notary to the signers

Corporate resolutions, contracts, affidavits and employment paperwork, with several signers and multiple originals handled in a single visit to your office.

All signed $15 per act

Who this is for

Business paperwork rarely involves one signature. Corporate resolutions, contracts, affidavits, and employment documents often need several people in one place, sometimes across more than one original.

This is the right service if you would rather the notary came to the office than sent your team out one at a time. Tell us the number of signatures and the location, and the visit is planned around your calendar.

What We Handle

Business paperwork, without the errand

Sending a director across town to find a notary costs more than the notarization does. On-site appointments keep signers, documents, and witnesses in the same room.

Recurring needs can be scheduled in advance for closing weeks, board meetings, onboarding cycles, or whenever your paperwork clusters.

Corporate resolutions and board consents
Commercial contracts and vendor agreements
Affidavits and sworn business statements
Employment and onboarding paperwork
Multiple signers handled in a single visit

Good Fit For

Teams that sign regularly

Small and growing companies

Corporate records and contracts without a notary on staff.

HR and operations teams

Onboarding paperwork and verifications handled in one scheduled visit.

Multiple documents in one visit? Notarial fees apply per notarial act, while the mobile travel fee is charged once for the visit. Send an estimate of how many signatures you expect and we will confirm the total before we come out.

Frequently asked

Business Notary questions

Washington caps the notarial act itself at $15 for a traditional or electronic in-person notarization, and $25 for a remote online notarization. If we travel to you, a mobile travel fee is added based on distance, and evening, weekend, or rush appointments add a scheduling fee. Every figure is published on the pricing page and confirmed before your appointment.

Either works. If you come to us, you pay only the notarial act fee. If we travel to you, a mobile travel fee is added: $35 within about 10 miles, $50 for 10 to 20 miles, $65 for 20 to 30 miles, and $30 plus travel for hospital and nursing home visits.

Booking ahead is best, particularly for evening or weekend slots. Same-day appointments are often possible, and rush appointments scheduled within two hours carry a $40 fee, subject to availability.

We are based in Tacoma and travel throughout the South Puget Sound, including Lakewood, University Place, Puyallup, Fife, Federal Way, Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake, and Sumner. Travel fees are calculated by distance, so please confirm your address when you book.
