When you submit the appointment request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service type, preferred date and time, location, and any message you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your request, confirm your appointment, and quote your total cost. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Notary journal records

Washington notaries are required to keep a journal of notarial acts. Journal entries are maintained and retained as state law requires, separately from this website.

Spam and bot protection

To keep the appointment request form secure and free of spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-detection service. Turnstile runs silently in the background when the form loads and when you submit it, and it does not show you a challenge. To tell people apart from automated programs, it may collect limited technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser details. This information is processed by Cloudflare under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We use it only to protect the form, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Information may be shared where required by law or by a court order.
• Service providers who help operate this site may process data on our behalf.

You may ask us to delete the details you submitted through the form at any time by contacting us.
